Monaco Recruit Michael Emenalo As Sporting Director

 Former Chelsea specialized executive Michael Emenalo has been named as donning chief of French club Monaco.

The 52-year-old, who played for Nigeria at the 1994 World Cup, will assume responsibility of "all game issues", the Ligue 1 side said.

Emenalo joined Chelsea in 2007 and worked in both exploring and training divisions before being elevated to technical director in 2011.

"I trust this is the correct decision for me in the wake of leaving Chelsea," he said.
"It's a magnificent open door for me in such a fantastic venture."

A protector amid his playing profession, Emenalo invested energy in Major League Soccer amid the 1990s and furthermore played seven games for Notts County in England.

Amid his chance at Stamford Bridge, Chelsea won the Champions League in 2012, in addition to three Premier League titles, three FA Cups, the League Cup and Europa League.

The club likewiserecruited key players, for example, Eden Hazard, Thibaut Courtois and N'Golo Kante.

Monaco VP Vadim Vasilyev stated: "His know-how in exploring, and also the specialized aptitudes he created working in a standout amongst the best clubs on the planet in the previous couple of years, are the principle reasons driving us to show him our yearning challenge."

Monaco are third in Ligue 1, nine focuses behind pioneers Paris St-Germain.
