Borussia Dortmund manager Peter Bosz concedes he is uninformed of the whereabouts of midfielder Ousmane Dembele.
Dembele missed first-group preparing on Thursday and Bosz uncovered the France global had not addressed his telephone when reached by the club.
The 20-year-old is a detailed focus for Barcelona, alongside Liverpool midfielder Philippe Coutinho, as the Spanish club expect to discover a trade for Neymar following his £198m move to Paris Saint-Germain.
"Dembele wasn't at preparing today. I have no clue why he wasn't there. We attempted to contact him however proved unable," Bosz said.
"To begin with I need to converse with Dembele, at that point he needs to disclose to me why he wasn't here today. I don't trust anything genuine happened."
