Chelsea plan to offer Cesc Fabregas a new deal to keep him at Stamford Bridge amid interest from Manchester United, according to reports.
Jose Mourinho is keen on bolstering his midfield options, with injuries to the likes of Marouane Fellaini and Paul Pogba leaving United short in that area of the pitch.

Fabregas would, however, be willing to commit to the Blues but may have to accept a one-year extension, with Chelsea having previously been unwilling to offer two-year deals to players over the age of 30.
